I booked in for a 1h 10 pedicure. Which actually only lasted 45mins although I had paid the full amount. I only realised this as I left after the pedicure when I received an email at 2pm telling me that my 1pm appointment had been moved to 12.35... Infact the beautician clearly had another appointment booked in for 1.45. Very disappointing that the salon didn’t come clean and let me know this and still charged me £37 for what ended up being a 45min treatment.
