Galina was very attentive and caring. She gave me tips to improve my posture as well.
Galina gave me a relaxing massage, I realized later that I needed a firmer hand, but that's on me, not her!
Also, the room is in the basement so you can hear voices and noises as the upstairs works as a normal salon.
Still I would recommend it to get a local massage if you are in west London!

I wished she had a bit more patience to explain the type of haircut I requested. Cut was ok, though i didnt get a blow dry and didnt "see" the final product. At the end i felt rushed out as the next client was there,
Ladies' Haircuts
I'm already a regular at this salon for waxing (Galina is amazing!) and I needed a haircut, so I decided to give it a go. Fatana was really nice, took the time to listen to what I wanted and did a great job. I guess I don't need to look anywhere else from now on! :)
