I have given it one star because of the price I was charged for this, which is a misrepresentation and misselling of services on treatwell. When I registered for the appointment via treatwell, it was for a special January offer for £35. After my haircut I was charged £54. When I asked Leo about the offer, she said she knew nothing about it, although she must have knowingly opted to be part of this offer on treatwell. She said she was giving me a discount of 10% on her regular charge of £60. I came back after paying and checked my treat well voucher again and realised that indeed it says that I will only pay £35 for the haircut.
So I have been charged far more than my regular hairdresser for a haircut not as good and I can't say I am pleased about this. I will not be using this service again.

Leo is an excellent hairdresser .
I like to try and take my whole family to her for a cut that not only looks good but always lasts longer, keeping both shape and form for much longer than any barber.
