GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. As a bad start, the technician showed up 25min late. I hired the express mani and pedi service of an hour thinking it would be a short/condensed version of a classic mani and pedi. This was just an overpriced change of polish, not even hand or foot cream was applied, they just took my nails as they were and painted them poorely. The service lasted 30min and the app says it is a 1 hour service so I think there is a misunderstanding in scope of service and timeframe. I am hugely disappointed with the service and would not recommend it.
