The facial is really good but I am disappointed for the 2nd time with the clinic. The staff selected wasn’t available again, I was asked if I wanted 2 different facials, and then said oh only next time. Confusing and not a relaxing experience.

I had a thread vein laser procedure done and was very disappointed with the experience. The practitioner was rude and unfriendly from the start. She didn’t ask me any questions or explain what to expect, which made the whole process feel rushed and impersonal. I wouldn’t return or recommend her to others.
