The whole experience was nice, I think Heifa saw how nervous I was slightly feeling and got given two stress balls to hold! The procedure was painful to me but I think it’s due to how my skin is and also As a first timer ! But I loved it and she was very calming which helped a lot ! Will definitely come back again !

Heifa was lovely and the venue is very cute, however the treatment I could feel she wasn’t super experience in brow and lash lamination as I’ve done it many times before and can gauge from the technique, The brows were too dark and too “stiff” and the lashes didn’t lift as it should. Sad as I’m on the lookout for a new place.
