It was a tiny place at the top of 3 flights of steep stairs where, I think, there are two separate businesses. I felt like I was interrupting an appointment in the other half of the place when I walked in and was barely greeted by the staff. The manicure was terribly done, looked like my 10 year old niece had done it. Paint was clumpy and streaky.
It was a lovely salon, with a lovely vibe and friendly staff but my shellac wasn't taken off quite completely and they had to push my appointment back by 45 minutes.
