I feel my manicure experience was extremely disappointed and the person who looks after me was dismissive and show a very little care to the all experience . Finally this is a very poor value for money and not a experience that I should repeat anytime soon. I look forward to hearing your comment about the above .

Booked the "gel removal with additional treatment" for £5. But once at the venue they tell me I have to purchase another service to get the £5 offer otherwise it would be £10. I thought it was very confusing and refused to pay £10 which they end up agreeing. The service was very slow, I came in between my lunch break and usually it takes approx 15 min to remove my gel (10 min soak off and then 5 min removal). But I spend half an hour waiting that the lady scrub each single of my nails which end up in quite bad shape. Wouldn't come back, as I was looking for something cheap, quick and efficient.
