The wax was a good standard but I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was made to feel incredibly vulnerable as when I first got ready in the room I wasn't given any towel or anything to cover myself up, which meant that I felt extremely exposed. Also, the therapist swapped over mid treatment, which again made me feel incredibly awkward and vulnerable. I wanted to write to address this privately with the salon but no email address and no Facebook page so no way of raising concerns.
