I’m normally really nervous at getting my haircut but desperately needed a trim. Holly was amazing from start to finish and really looked after me, listening to what I wanted and kept me calm with a good old chin wag! Thank you!
First impressions were not so good as I was called a day prior to my initial first appointment to let me know I will not be having the hairdresser I initially booked in for, which is ridiculous as surely I should have been notified atleast 24hours before. I was recommended this salon through a friend so would not have booked in with this salon if it wasn’t specifically for the hairdresser I wanted. I was also told to come in for a skin test which I had called later to say I could come in. But, my original appointment slot had been supposedly taken. Therefore, rearranged for the next day.
Poor organisation and service by secretary and members of admin.
However, Holly who I had an appointment with was excellent she was very welcoming and was an exact representation of how members of staff should be.
I was treated very well from the moment I arrived. I was offered coffee. I enjoyed that I had my stylist from start to finish, I felt really pampered.
