Phil was excellent. He made me feel really comfortable for my first appointment and my hair looks and feels great! I've booked my 2nd appt. Very happy! :-)
I was contacted by the salon as the stylist was not available for the time booked online, I was offered a. Hangs of date or stylist. I chose to have Phil.
On the day I was welcomed with a lovely fresh coffee and Phil spoke to me about my hair and what I wanted.
I left very happy and will be returning. Both the cut and finish were as I requested.
I booked last minute with a senior stylist but she was unavailable when I arrived at my appointment. The salon is lovely. Really nice vibe and atmosphere. The only reason I can’t award 5 stars is that the girl who cut my hair showed me the minimum she recommended I cut off and the maximum, I said do the minimum - but she misunderstood that to mean just take the ends off. I really wanted around an inch and a half off, which is what she appeared to show me as her “minimum”... in light of that was quite an expensive cut as I still want more of the ends taken off. Harlee was knowledgeable about colour treatments but even after I stopped her half way and said I wanted more off, she said it would be ok. However the girl who did the conditioning treatment was great.
Warm, welcoming and highly professional salon. Felt completely at ease as soon as I stepped through the door. Lovely people. Had a shampoo and finish with a treatment. Three days later I still love my hair. Phil is wonderful and extremely patient. He didn't tire of the endless questions I asked. I'm definitely returning for a colour and cut. Thank you 😊
