I got exactly what I asked for and I love my hair, the stylist was super nice too, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The highlights look amazing.

Unfortunately never on time. Be prepared to wait good half hour. I waited 40 mins which was really frustrating as I value my time and expect appointments to start on time. The haircut itself was good. I’m in two minds if would go back again or not as I hate waiting around and lose a day. Can you please ensure you don’t double book people?

This wasn’t a good experience at all. The salon was very dirty, the floor looked like it hasn’t been moped for a year! The haircut was terrible, she spent 5 minutes on my long thick hair without even separating it or checking if she’s cut it straight and surprise, surprise she hasn’t! A complete waste of my time and money but most upsetting my hair! She then sent me home with half dry hair! Not to mention her wearing hills and sitting on the chair whilst cutting my hair, what a joke!!
