No covid guidance was being followed. No masks on any staff or customers or nhs check into venue. I asked a member of staff who was meant to do my eyebrows to wear one. She acted like it was an impossible and couldn’t as I was having threading. I’ve been elsewhere and this hasn't been and issue. Asked for refund and denied. Layla wore a mask for me although she was ‘polite’ there was a rude undertone throughout our convo around wearing a mask, that it’s not necessary and I was spotty bc of mask.

Thorough wash and was very relaxing! My hair was exactly how I wanted it. Best service around and lovely staff!
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Monica asked about what I wanted. She was friendly and made me feel at ease. She also double checked if I was happy. I took a photograph of what I had in mind and she did exactly what I wanted. Actually the final result was better than the photo I took.
