Apart from running a bit late it was a good experience. Really liked the therapist, who was very friendly and reassuring.
A chair with a back would be beneficial to customers who have back problems. Will definitely go again.

She was so nice and welcoming. It was the first time I had the treatment (eyelashes lift) so I was a bit anxious.
She could put some relaxing music on though as you wait and essential diffuser I feel to feel like it’s a relaxing. Also as I was waiting for the lift to happen so I had obviously my closed, I though I’d hear her on her phone and it’s not the most hygienic. I wasn’t sure if she removed her gloves. So I thought I’d suggest to her cause she was touching my eyes just after.
