I have been using the nail bar for over a year as the staff are always friendly. I have never been disappointed with my nails.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Asked for an appointment with Joanne, instead got a male called Ali. Wasn't too bothered at first but then it became apparent that he wasn't as good at nails as the other ladies which annoyed me slightly as I had asked for Joanne all along. I paid £30 for acrylics with gel overlay and they definitely weren't worth the price. It's frustrating as I've been there before and loved it, it felt rushed today. Nails are assorted lengths and widths slightly which is quite noticeable to me. Disappointed.

Gel Nails Manicure
This wasnt with joanne- a male did my nails and toes and was highly inappropriate. Said they do discount for single girls. Talking mostly about sex and women. Very intimidating when you are in a salon alone. I really want to speak to joanne or whoever owns the place as I would worry young girls going here would be in the same position
