Alicia rents a private room underneath a shop (which is in a fantastic location btw), so I can't really comment on the 'atmosphere' of the place, but the room was clean, organised and looked after. Alicia was welcoming and punctual - I arrived early and she offered to start the treatment straight away. She was polite, super professional, really friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire treatment. I was really happy with the results and would recommend Alicia to anyone.
