Great hair cut. Decided on a darker colour for the winter. Eyebrow threading was so much better than the one I usually go to.

It was alright, it's not the best wax I've had - I had to go home and pluck out bits that she'd missed. They didn't seem to have my booking down either and communicating with the staff is a little difficult due to the language barrier. Despite this, they're friendly and the salon is local.

I was a couple of minutes late due to traffic outside, but this did not bother the staff. The facial itself was quite pleasant, and had no redness afterwards, which was surprising. The lady who did mine applied each step/product sparingly which stopped my face feeling heavy during the treatment. I've had more expensive facials in the past where I've felt like I'm drowning in product and have ended up with it in my eyes nose and mouth despite keeping them closed. My face felt cool and refreshed afterwards. I'd say this facial is a nice little treat for those on a low budget and would go again myself in the future.
