A very warm welcome as I arrived, but the nail technician was extremely rough. The removal of my gel was done in a very harsh way and was not removed properly. Her “cuticle tidy up”was done on dry skin and with too much force, leaving some of my cuticles in blood. The new application of gel was done very unevenly. There was a lack of cleanliness overall. Not coming back and would definitely not recommend for other ladies. Yikes!
