First time I receive such a horrible experience at a salon.
The beautician took exactly 7mins to do my hollywood wax (clock in front of me) compared to 25 min mentioned on Treatwell. She mentioned Hollywood "hot wax" but didn't pay attention as I thought it was the appointment I booked for. She used hot wax&strips, never experienced this before, it's either not both. 7mins later, my wax wasn't perfect at all with loads of hair left. She charged £30 instead of £25 booked for. Not coming again.
