Gel nail varnish removal. Staff were not aware of my appointment and had to squeeze me in. It was very rushed and some nail varnish still remained afterwards.

Nice experience, very nice lady doing the treatment, very attentive and helpful. My eye brows and pedicure were very good. Sadly after 3 I days my gel nails have started to chip and lift even though I’ve not really done much at all and certainly kept them away from water.

Disappointing experience. I have been a number of times before and it has always been a bit disorganised. Staff not on time, etc. However, the treatment has always been pretty good.
On this trip it seemed as if the appointment had been double booked - another customer had to wait half-way through a treatment whilst the therapist rushed through my treatment. When shaping my eyebrows the therapist took off some skin with the wax - I have had a scab over my eyebrow for 3 days as a result.
