Disappointing experience. I have been a number of times before and it has always been a bit disorganised. Staff not on time, etc. However, the treatment has always been pretty good. On this trip it seemed as if the appointment had been double booked - another customer had to wait half-way through a treatment whilst the therapist rushed through my treatment. When shaping my eyebrows the therapist took off some skin with the wax - I have had a scab over my eyebrow for 3 days as a result.
