The deal with Lifeline is simple: it's in a shopping mall so it's not an oasis of calm but so long as you're ok with that, your visit should be fine. The therapists know what they're doing and do a good job. I needed some knots worked on and that doesn't require a dreamy spa-like environment; if you're after a "float-away" experience you might find it isn't what you want. I hope that helps. I'd recommend the company so long as you know what to expect. It's not noisy, but it's not quiet!
