Swee the therapist was lovely can't complain in the slightest five stars to her. But the welcome at reception was pretty terrible. I was told off for having booked through treatwell and was told next time to book through them directly as I had put them out as they had to "move around our own clients" so they could fit my booking in - so they didn't consider me their own client just because i booked through a marketplace that they choose to list with. Real shame the welcome let them down.
