I was early by 10mins. I accepted a later time slot to the one booked via treatwell. Unfortunately, it started a little bit stress as soon as they realised I had a little bit if shellac left on my toes and the therapist wasn't teamed on how to remove it. They wasted at least 10mins by which they could have removed it. I offered to do it myself (I am a qualified beauty therapist also) and the therapist thanked me for teaching her how to do this easy peasy bit of work. Since I has 2 hot drinks and the pedicure was given in fill I'd no time deducted as suggested initially I did tip.
Lovely lady although I payed for a deluxe pedicure and i don't think I got that, was a nice experience but for that reason I probably won't be returning anytime in the future. Also would have preferred a spa chair as opposed to a chair with a bucket of water for your feet .
loved the service and ambience (which I feel could have been just slightly better if parents left the children at home). the only thing that made me skeptical about the experience at first was the wobbly table as I was afraid it would not hold my weight but it did. the attendants were quite lovely and professional and courteous.
