I went for a massage to help with some lower back pain. Pain was fixed and the massage was very relaxing.

I've seen Lifespa for years but I finally gave it a go and i wasnt disappointed. the atmosphere was very relaxing, Nilani constantly checked the pressure and focussed on the tense areas. i will definitely be back.

Not a great experience as the venue is not set up to carry out Pedicures or Manicures - I’d suggest going elsewhere. However the staff are pleasant
