The nail technician was really lovely and took a lot of time and care, however, the gel polish on my thumb nail bubbled and peeled off entirely within 24hrs of the manicure. This has left me with one bare nail.
The team tried their best to accommodate me after I’d been double booked and it appeared to be the receptionist who did my shellac removal. She was very sweet and polite but wasn’t sure of some of the basics - for example she asked me to describe the colour I wanted without seeing any. Then when I said I’d like to look, she suggested I pick a colour from about 20 bottles by opening each of them. After I explained it’d be helpful to see a colour chart, I needed to help her find the colour as she said they didn’t have it (they did).
Overall, a lovely team who were really polite and accommodating but I was disappointed with the experience, particularly with the shellac peeling off of one nail after just 24hrs.

Pedicure was OK, a couple times it was a bit painful when taking off my old nail polish and filing my nails. The polish itself wasn't applied as well as other pedicures I've had at other salons.
