I phoned 6 x to say that I was trying to park but as Harrogate was so busy I couldn’t find a space. I had travelled 1.5 hrs to get there after doing an emergency clinic to be told although their phones were down 10mins was too late and she wouldn’t see me. She Had only 30mins and her next client would be affected. She said that despite travelling 1.5hrs it wasn’t her problem and that she would not see me for a hair cut.
My £50 voucher has now been wasted and I won’t get the money back. 😡
