I’ve been twice in the past fortnight now and definitely recommend! I had a great haircut with Ella, which friends complimented me on - she listened to what I wanted but also made suggestions about what would suit me. Then I had a superb wax with Kristina who was really thorough and quick. Great value for money. I’ll be back!

I am very disappointed with my balayage. Unfortunately the stylist didn’t understand what I wanted although it was quite clear. I honestly hate the colour of my hair. I wanted a nice golden colour but instead have a ash blonde. Also, the stylist seemed tired and I didn’t feel very safe in her hands from the beginning. The water was also freezing cold, which didn’t help me to relax during treatment. The blow dry was not nice at all literally just blow dried ‘straight’. Overall, hate my hair.
