Dont get me started on how much pain im in right now, my eyes are so so swollen from all the dry wet wipe scrubbing , they are literally red raw and were bleeding when i got hone.
Also the woman barely spoke to me , called me by the wrong name then was rude and joked when i did not answer her.
She didnt speak to me once through the long treatment, and bearing in mind i couldn’t see for the whole treatment until the end I just could hear her coming in and out of the room and playing videos on her phone behind me.
She was so unprofessional it ruined my whole experience.
I tried to be polite as give her the benefit of the doubt as i was new to this type of treatment but wish i hadn’t bothered.
She said how pretty it looked at the end but honestly i could’ve done better myself at home, and will not be having this again!
Not to mention the covid implications!
I walked into the treatment room wearing my mask and was waiting for the woman to tell me to take it off or advise i was fine keeping it on.
I was not expecting her to yank it down around my chin!
I work in a hospital and not only from an infection control point of view but from a basic common sense point she touched my mask and face with her bare hands so put us both at risk, and from how she was acting leaning all over me putting her heavy body weight on my face and arms through the treatment I was just appalled and felt uncomfortable and like i was definitely going to walk out of there with COVID.
When i got home and had a proper look in the mirror i realised that my curl looked horrendous and was crimped and messy! So upset i wanted to pull out all my lashes after! And made me so upset!
Also the brow lamination was so sideways i look like spock! Nothing like what iv seen other photos of laminations look like i cant believe i have to wait so long for this to wear off im already googling how to undo everything she did to me!
Absolutely horrendous experience.
I will not be back and I urge anyone else on treatwell not to bother booking here.
