Switched stylist as I was about to have hair washed (and then didn't check water temperature - fortunately too cold rather than too hot!), after I already talked through the length of cut to original stylist. Not great as I'd booked, but I was being positive as only just re-opened. But then she spent just a few mins doing a very quick cut of my hair. Advertised price for long hair wash and cut not worth it, and a fraction the quoted 45 mins! Disappointed as I like to support local businesses.
