My 45 min appointment took 25 mins. Not much consultation time for what haircut I should get...probably a 2 minute chat. Hair wash took about 5 minutes - I've had better at other salons where there's at least a quick massage. Yea the haircut was ok but usually when we go to a salon there's more expected - looking to get a little pampered. There was not much attention to that despite there being no one else in the salon. I think it's that extra attention that makes customers want to go back.

I had a french manicure and a pedicure at Lili. Both are very neat and have lasted really well. The manicurist was very efficient and had a light touch (even though my feet were a bit of a mess!).
The salon itself is gorgeous - very big, lots of light, comfortable chairs, and spotless. All the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Almpina helped me with my eyebrows which are not symmetrical. The tint for the eyebrows and eyelashes is perfect!

I did both mani and pedi with Kiki, she is so kind and professional. Made my day with best shellac mani ever! I liked the way she adviced me to make the most of my beautyness.
