My hair turned out quite a lot shorter than I had requested, I am disappointed with how it looks. The stylist was pleasant but she didn't really listen to what I wanted. (It wasn't Lili). Also her mask wasn't covering her nose, she didn't seem too concerned with adhering to covid19 safety guidelines.
