I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated. Despite clearly stating that I wanted to grow my hair and only have half an inch trimmed off, I ended up with two inches cut off. Additionally, I was left unattended multiple times during the procedure to answer phones or talk to other clients.
The rushed application of balayage resulted in uneven coloring, leading to the need for a second round of bleach and toner. Furthermore, the hair wash only included shampoo without any conditioner
