Many horror stories about people having them done I’ve had mine 5 weeks now only had the infills Monday cause I wanted them looking perfect for when I go out Friday but didn’t really need doing

The staff weren’t very friendly and didn’t explain the procedures/explain what they were doing even though I told her it was my first time. When having the facial and eyebrow/eyelash tinting the table I had to lay on was very wobbly and the headrest actually dropped down a couple times. When having my hair cut I felt belittled for having thick slightly frizzy hair and was told at that point that she would be charging me £5 more because I had thick hair. I’m also not very happy with the colour, it’s uneven and not any better than I could have done myself at home.
