I booked in to have my lashes and hair coloured (second time visiting after a facial and massage). Lashes are lovely, very relaxing experience. However, when ready to begin hair colouring the hairdresser told me it would cost me £30 more than the agreed price on the app “the amount to pay at salon”. Yes, I have long hair but there was no mention it would cost more - even at the patch test stage. I’m very disappointed as I now have no time to rebook anywhere else before my holiday. Staff also have said this has happened before, prices need to be made clearer before booking.
