It was overall a positive experience. The lady who waxed me was very efficient. The place was clean and fairly well lit. Id come back again and recommend to someone. My only very minor criticism, is that it hurts slightly more if the skin around joints isn’t stretched. The beautician should not be afraid to ask for a leg to be folded, for example, or for the skin below the buttock area to be stretched. It then is easier to wax and it hurts less because the skin is tensed. Other than that, I thank Lilit very much for the experience.

It was in a private room and the therapist was really thorough and it didn't hurt as much as when I've had threading with other therapists.
