Really disappointed I arrived 5 minuets early Was greeted by a man who was sat casually in a chair who asked me Who are you ? I informed him I had a booked appointment at 11am and gave my name I was looking forward to having a wash& blow dry When having a consultation the lady firstly said Oh you have dandruff !!! Actually had she of asked me I was just about to explain my scalp is dry and sore with psoriasis. I wasn’t expecting to be told how to wash my hair regularly with certain lotions 😡😡😡 I had my blow dry and could not wait to leave I don’t think I will be rebooking
