Really disappointed
I arrived 5 minuets early
Was greeted by a man who was sat casually in a chair who asked me
Who are you ?
I informed him I had a booked appointment at 11am and gave my name
I was looking forward to having a wash& blow dry
When having a consultation the lady firstly said
Oh you have dandruff !!!
Actually had she of asked me I was just about to explain my scalp is dry and sore with psoriasis.
I wasn’t expecting to be told how to wash my hair regularly with certain lotions
😡😡😡
I had my blow dry and could not wait to leave
I don’t think I will be rebooking

Visited here before for a bikini wax and eye brow tint and was very impressed and the owner was lovely. Second visit the owner is still lovely but my Hollywood wax sore which is unusual as I’ve been waxing for years and find it mildly uncomfortable now. During the waxing I don’t think the wax was quite hot enough so I she lifted a little bit was skin😳 but I survived. Also got gel nails done. She was very good and I’m please with them, but a better variety of colour would be good. Unfortunately a nice relaxing pedicure was not in order that day, she was having work done to the front of the shop so a lot of hammering and sanding right by my ear for an hour.

I am rather happy with the haircut and the color.
What surprised me is that they asked me to pay more after the colouring, saying that my hair was quite thick and that they had to use more product. I did not like that at all.
