When I arrived at the salon it looked very untidy, bathroom was not clean and bathroom bin was overflowing as it hadn’t been emptied in quite some time.
I had to wait for 45 minutes for the late aesthetician, and the mani pedi treatment took 3 hours instead of max 2.
The girl was very nice, but very inexperienced (possibly a student) and didn’t know what she was doing. Applied the wrong polish, (lumpy and of very poor quality), made mistake after mistake I had to point out and she’d try to address, with little result. My nails were horrible right for New Year’s eve. No place and no money (I was charged £64 for mani pedi shellac by Treatwell) to get it redone.
At the end I had to rush to get on my train, so didn’t stay to discuss the poor results, but sought a refund through Treatwell. Which told me that the salon refused to offer a refund (very unprofessional way of not recognizing a horribly made job) but would give me another mani pedi (like I wanted to go through the same kind of job again!! NOT)
My overall experience was a disaster and I would never recommend the is place to anyone, for their unprofessionalism, poor quality products, poor quality work, lack of cleanliness, tidiness, knowledge and customer service.

Overall experience was good, staff very friendly and accommodating. Actual wax didn’t quite get all of the hairs out and was done in quite big sections so was a bit more uncomfortable than other waxes I have experienced
Lovely staff felt so welcoming and relaxed before getting the message done. I was meant to have a deep tissue message but the treatment I got was just a normal relaxing message I asked for more pressure but it wasn’t as good as how normally deep tissue message would make me feel afterwards
I would come back for a relaxing message but surely not for a deep tissue message again
