if I could give less than one star I would. took 2 hours to put lashes on which - I'm not new to lashes at all - was an absolute joke they shouldn't take this long. she didn't ask me what I wanted my lashes to look like she just did a generic set. they were too big for my eyes, literally hanging and dipping on the outer edge. they were so big they were touching the top of my eyebrows and next day I'd lost over half of them. it's been a week and I have literally none of them left. I only went here as my usual lash girl is on maternity and I so so wish I hadn't bothered. £40 wasted that I won't be getting back.
I loved my lvl lashes, they look really good and I’m really happy with them. Also pleased with the results of my wax really smooth.
Had my wax completed by Jo, she was amazing! She took her time and was lovely, really made me feel at ease. And the wax definitely wasn't as painful as I expected.
