They moved my appointment on the day after I booked for a certain time and payed. They then forgot to issue a refund through treatwell.
Very relaxing experience, friendly staff who were really kind offering me a cup of tea and warming up my soaking clothes when I came in from the rain. I'll will definitely be back. Thank you x
So happy with my eyelash extensions and excellent value for money through Treatwell. Staff were keen to discuss my treatment options to find the style I liked which was very helpful. Only slight downside was that my appointment took significantly longer than expected and I had multiple different staff treating me without being made aware.
