I had LVL Lashes and HD brows done here. The girls were brilliant - I felt like they really took care of me! Melissa did my LVL lashes, I have had it done a few times before but this was the best lift I have ever had over the moon with them!

I've never had LVL lashes before and the staff member Melissa explained exactly what she was doing and why so I knew what was going on along the way. It was very reassuring and the results were great

When I pay for a service I expect to receive it. Informed them I was having a wax and was repeated asked if I wanted threading, which I refused explaining why I thought it was ineffectiveness. The therapist finally decided I wanted a wax and heated this for me, she then applied the smallest dab and began waxing. She stopped and I asked for a mirror, I had numerous patches she'd missed and she refused to wax the hair off. Stating I had to either have it threaded or left as it was. I let her know I wasn't pleased but I wasn't going to leave with less than 40% of the hair gone. She then began threading - which was painful, tedious and inefficient as the hair still remained but not as long. It took over 35 minutes, when waxing takes 10 minutes. I said I couldn't stay any longer as I had to get back to work. Would not return and not recommend for a wax; they clearly cannot perform this hence why they wanted to have threading so desperately
