This was the most unprofessional wax I have ever had. Not only was there no pre-wax introduction or warnings, the bed was dirty with no clean sheet put out and a questionably clean towel for modesty. When the beautician did the wax, she did not test the temperature before going ahead and also used the same spatula for each application but most shockingly BLEW on the wax before applying it to my skin. For a Hollywood wax especially, this is unbelievably unhygienic and as a result I developed an infected follicle. This is unacceptable practice and I will not be returning.
