I was very unimpressed with the Hollywood wax I received here. I had to tell the lady that the wax was too hot 3 times before she turned the heat off to the wax...she then proceeded to blow on the wax to cool it down?! The area waxed was very sensitive, sore and painful for several days following the procedure. I have been waxed before at a different salon and did not receive the same results I was expecting. Unfortunately, I won't be visiting here again.The staff were somewhat friendly, the procedure wasn't!
