Staff was friendly and surrounding was nice and clean. Gave a 3* for treatment as it is more suitable for females with already long and thick lashes. Unfortunately, I possess neither of those. LOL.

Waxed incorrectly. Went over my legs four times and didn't check so I had to try and wax my own legs once she left the room. Advised I was unhappy with the device and was made to go back in and she tried again..once I suggested that the wax was being applied incorrectly it started to work but I'm now left with patches of hair and red legs.. I was forced to pay at the end as there was no manager on site and they didn't even take card payments so I had to stand and pay online....extremely frustrated by this service and would not recommend
