My treatment was really proficient and very successful - so very effective, and was delighted with the outcome. The best procedure of this kind I have ever had. The staff were also really friendly and easy to get on with.

Brilliant experience at Lilly Nail and Beauty. Laura was very friendly, chatty and attentive. She listed to what I wanted and I am very pleased with my nails. Loving the nail art :-)

Went for a pedicure and manicure on Saturday and was really disappoointed with the treatments. I'd booked a luxury pedicure which was nice but wasn't exactly luxurious. It was absolutely freezing in the downstairs area, I wasn't offered any kind of refreshment and the 'massage' part of the treatment was non existent. My feet do look better but i'd have booked a basic one if I knew the luxury version wasn't really luxury - certainly not worth £45! The manicure was ok, I had a basic one which it was but absolutely no way worth £25. The nail polish has already flaked off. Shame as the girls in the salon were really nice and Laura (who did treatment) was very polite and helpful. But the treatments were SO over priced for what they were. I came out £70 lighter (after being told booking on Treatwell makes it more expensive!) and I could have done both treatments myself at home really. Shame but I won't be returning.

The lady that did the wax was great, funny and overall did an amazing job. Will definitely be going back there in the future.
