Had the dipping gel manicure which was recommended by and done by Laura. Really pleased with the result and as promised, no chipping! Would definitely recommend the treatment and Laura!
Best waxing experience ever - customer service was excellent, treatment was one of the best I've had. Incredibly professional service and was able to easily get an appointment. Have already recommended to my friends.
Brazilian Waxing
Decided to come here again based on a previous positive experience. The lady who did my eyebrows couldn't speak much english and didn't seem to understand how I wanted my eyebrows shaped. What I was left with was short, heavy, dark brows that looked more like a slug than an eyebrow. When I questioned the finished result, the lady just replied 'Medium-dark... You wanted medium-dark?" I had to go home embarrassed and rub the dye from my skin, which has now left me with a scab under my right eyebrow.
The sightly eyebrows, teamed with treatment placement (stuffed in a corner facing a wall right next to another person having a treatment), teamed with unfriendly staff means I wont be returning to Lilly Nail and Beauty!

I have my Nails and Brows done here regular by Kate , and would highly recommend her for these treatments. I never have any issues and my nails or eye brows and often get complimented on them , even weeks after having them done. Happy customer 😄
