I felt like they just wanted to rush me out as it was late in the day and left a voicemail saying I was late when I was there. I just found it all awkward as 2 therapists seemed to be confused and argued about which treatment I was having first while I was sat there. The results were very good so I would have used them again but the experience, they all seemed too keen to get out of the salon for the night out. Shame and maybe had I gone in the morning it would have been different 🙁

Great SNS Manicure! Downside is having to pay extra for top coat - which is generally included in gel manicures.

Carmen is so lovely, chatty and makes it incredibly easy! Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Lilly's and will most certainly be rebooking
