Brow Definition
The lady who did my nails was lovely and is the sole reason I haven't given 1 star for staff. The other members of staff were really inattentive while I was waiting. It was booked with Kate, but Kate was sat at a desk doing her own nails (!) so I had to wait for someone else. The desk wasn't cleaned after the last client but the tools used were sanitised. The nails weren't sculpted acrylic as advertised, they were in fact tips with SNS overlay. The lady who did my nails was skilled and meticulous however due to my nail beds, tips simply don't look natural on my nails. The salon did have a good range of colours and glitter SNS powder. Overall, I would not return here for the simple fact that I was mis-sold on my treatment.

All staff were really friendly and helpful. The eyelash perm was fast and comfortable, and so far looks good!
