I booked a eyebrow appointment at lillys on Whitworth street on treatwell for £5. I got my eyebrows done by bianca who was lovely and did them amazingly and did apologise for my wait in the beginning and time wasted in the end. But when I came to paying they tried to charge me the more and the women was very rude about it.I politely showed them the email confirming the appointment and price so then they contacted the manger she said to charge me £5 what I'd agreed on.
