I booked a Hollywood wax via treatwell and travelled 1.5hrs to the salon. I arrived and was told I needed to return in 30mins as treatwell had double booked. I returned at the relevant time and waited 30 minutes for my treatment. I had other appointments booked so it was incredibly frustrating having to wait. The beauty therapist was lovely but the atmosphere wasn’t great, there was no music and if It was my first ever wax I’d have felt very awkward. The wax itself was okay.

This was my first wax ever. I walked away withmixed feelings. It wasa really good job done and no hairs were left at all. Absolutely amazing. however I felt there could have been more done to help me feel comfortable and at ease. I wish there was slightly better customer service. Overall would come again.
