waited 10mins to be seen with no apology. Staff were distant and inattentive. My therapist spent the whole time on her phone. She did apologise but took 4 calls while doing my nails and was always looking down on her phone. A drill was used to file my nails which isn't good. 2 of my nails bled and it was sore & uncomfortable. Yesterday I went to get them removed at another salon,it took 55 minutes to remove the gels, my nails were so thin and coming off.They thought illegal product has been used
Gel Nails Manicure
I went for my first HD Brows at Lillys, and it was excellent. Melissa was really kind and reassuring, and did an excellent job. I have never been more pleased with my eyebrows and the treatment was painless. Also I didn't have to do that confusing thing where you stretch your own eyelid during threading 🙂 Melissa is also the first person who has given me advice on how to maintain my brows at home. I will definitely be back.
Brow Definition
This was the second LVL treatment with Ela,the first had much better results, my lashes are longer but not as lifted and some have snapped and have gone brittle. The atmosphere at the salon is lovely whilstyou have the treatment
